Responsibilities:

Create and use analytical models to simulate or forecast business problems and resultsConduct data analysis including basic statistical analysisParticipate in client interviews and related fact-finding initiativesApply logic and Alexander Group methodologies to provide recommendations to clientsUse and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with your peers and clientsPrepare initial drafts of high quality, error free deliverablesParticipate in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret resultsRequirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with solid academic achievementCoursework in business administration, finance or economics is a strong plus1+ years of relevant professional experienceGood business acumen and awareness of business trendsModerate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are requiredQuantitative skills and general problem solving skills for business problemsStrong interpersonal and team working skillsGood communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to learn quickly and resourcefullyHigh degree of motivation, flexibility and creativityGenuine desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting professionPositive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peersAbility to travel (sometimes on short notice)
