Responsibilities:
Monitor Healthcare EDI X12 file processes, troubleshoot and correct exceptions, escalating as necessary.Respond to inquiries on Healthcare EDI issues with enrollment, claims, payments and clearinghouse activities.Resolve Healthcare EDI exceptions using critical thinking skills to determine root cause and apply solutions.Execute and update SQL templates using Microsoft SQL Server in support of ticket resolution.Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with Healthcare X12 EDI and the ability to diagnose root cause of file, header, segment and element level issuesDemonstrated creation, modification and troubleshooting moderate to complex SQL Queries using MS SQL Server Management StudioCustomer service-oriented mindset with an ability to identify and clarify problems, set goals and resolve issuesBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
