5+ years of Tableau desktop experience5+ years of SQL knowledge5+ years of data analysisWorking knowledge of all phases of BW/BI full life cycles - including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenanceCultural: quick learner, strong communication skills, able to multitaskExperience in version control and its managements - Git etc5-8+ years of experience in enterprise BI development, preferably from a consulting backgroundStrong background in designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions5+ years of hand on experience with Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management)Prefer Tableau Data Analyst CertificationStrong experience in data mart / data warehouse designExperience in relational databases Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB experience in managing unstructured dataMust be highly skilled in performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/designExperience in managing and implementing multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of project management techniques/methodsAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsStrong Analytical and communication skillsStrong knowledge of credit risk conceptsKnowledge and hands-on experience with TabPy and Data Management add on is PlusResponsibilities:
The Data Analytics Senior Analyst will be a Tableau Report DeveloperThey are expected to manage the lifecycle of Tableau analytics dashboards, including business requirements gathering, functional specification write-ups, prototyping, development, quality testing, user acceptance testing, roll-out and post-launch enhancements implementationThe developer will create powerful dashboards, create action filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in TableauThis role will also design and implement processes and standards to aid in report development and supportDevelop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics dashboards and other BI solutionsDesign and develop solutions using Tableau dashboards (Web & Mobile) using Oracle/ Sybase / Big Data as backend technologiesDeliver analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to identify data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project planMust be highly skilled in performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/designMine and analyzes data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data qualityFine tune SQL Queries for maximum efficiency and performanceConduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the defects and troubleshoot any issuesIdentify data patterns and trends to champion adoption and usage of risk analytics capabilities, by providing insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etcReview and improve existing systems by collaborating with various teams and integrate new systems as requiredManage Tableau Server and Administration on Linux Server including Tableau server upgrade/installationLong-term career path across geographies and business linesCompetitive compensation package and benefitsFlexible work arrangements.
