SUMMARY:

As a Senior Software Implementation Project Manager, you will plan, organize, and implement projects for our customers. These projects will be focused on software implementation and custom development.

As a Senior Software Implementation Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the timelines and resources of any project assigned, which includes managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. The Senior Software Implementation Project Manager must manage several projects at the same time with various degrees of complexity. Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of technologies, applications, and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand project goals and resources and coming up with plans to meet those goals.Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports to stakeholders, and management team.Actively manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality to meet stakeholder expectations.Provide organizational effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing best practices for project management.Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.Conduct risk assessments for projects to minimize project risks.Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.Coordinate project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, business, computer information systems or equivalent experience in the industry.3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management.Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and resources.Self-motivated and well-organized; able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project implementation.Must be able to manage multiple project and tasks at one time.Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain and coordinate technical details.Demonstrated problem solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions to both technical and non-technical clients.Able to work with a wide group of stakeholders in a positive and collaborative manner.Project Management Program (PMP) Certification is preferred.COMPETENCIES:
