Job Description
The Tech will be responsible for the following:
Provide technical support to end users, including resolving issues with hardware, software, networking, and other devices.Troubleshoot and resolve network and computer-related issues.Perform hardware and software upgrades and repairs.Perform system upgrades and manage system configuration.Troubleshoot network security issues.Identify and resolve network performance issues.Perform network maintenance tasks including but not limited to: IP routing, DHCP, DNS, WAN connectivity, WIFI configuration, etc..Manage and troubleshoot network security issues.Identify and resolve problems with server environments such as: hardware, software, networking, backups, etc..Identify and implement best practices for IT systems management.Provide end user support via phone or chat as needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. A strong technical background is preferred but not required. A strong background in Networking is also preferred but not required.Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root cause of problems and resolve them quickly are required. A strong understanding of Windows Server/Windows Operating System/Microsoft Office Suite is required along with the ability to install/configure software on computers is preferred but not required.Must be able to pass a drug test upon hire and random drug testing on a regular basis as well as drug screening at least yearly (optional).Benefits: We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K and more!
