The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the Assurant AVR team, our customers, and internal partners. This critical role will require a self-motivated individual that is able to proactively identify needs and opportunities and provide actionable solutions. This individual will work cross functionally (virtually and in person) to ensure the team has the business insight and plan to deliver the best overall customer experience while simultaneously managing sales processes.

This is a Hybrid role requiring candidate to work in the Lewisville TX (Preferred) La Vergne TN facilities 2-3 days a week.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Key Point of contact to multiple Assurant facilities (Quality, Production, and Shipping)This will require meeting with staff in person at the facility and coordinating the resolution of issuesWill take ownership of process improvement and integration and work with internal teams to drive simplification and quality (UAT testing, order management, etc)Able to convert analytical findings into key actionable business insights and clearly communicate results/next stepsBeing a subject matter expert on Assurant platforms and tools is a requirementDeliver critical information and flawless execution of order creation and PO managementThis may include internal orders, PO creation and bid execution, manual bid sheets/orders (Direct sales, W04 BRE R2, etc), and Keeper OrdersProvide guidance, feedback, and cross training to peers while helping resolve tier 2 escalationsBe able to step in as Sr. Manager when necessary or when directed by leadershipManage Lot Sale process by creating and implementing lotting logic to maximize ASP and customer engagementCreate Lots in ASP and manage sales cycle for Lot SalesAlign deliverables across multiple cross-functional global teams and train teams to provide the expected customer experience and management of processesThis may include engagement with MSAs, ASP tags, and RMAsLeverage communication skills to create and manage communication with customersThis will require the use of Constant Contact, ASP banners, Chat tools, and other upcoming forms of customer communicationThrives with a limited level of direct supervision and exercises independence, autonomy, and sound business logic supported by a self-driven foundational knowledge of system and process logistics

What are the requirements needed for this position?Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience in a relevant field3+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service roleStrong MS Office skills and Intermediate proficiency in ExcelProven excellent oral and written communication abilitiesStrong planning, organization, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detailExperience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environmentResilience with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environmentWillingness to work extended hours including nights and weekends when required

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Oracle or other ERP experience is preferredExperience working with international customers

Pay Range$62,000.00 - $103,400.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
