Home Health Visit Nurse (Not UAS)

Position: Home Health Visit Nurse (RN)
Locations: Brooklyn, Bronx or Queens
Schedule: Monday - Frida y 9am - 5pm
Visits Required: Minimum of 5 Visits per day
Hourly Rate: $75

Summary: The RN will provide in-home health services to geriatric and recently hospital-discharged patients. RN assigned to the borough of their choice. (NOT UAS)

Requirements

• Associated Degree in Nursing
• NYS License Registered Nurse
• AHA BLS
• 2+ years of recent experience in- home or palliative care experience required
• Proof of Full Covid-19 Vaccination
• Ability to complete 5 visits per day
