EnvisionIT Solutions, a division of Bohannan Huston, is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time IT Support Specialist to work in our Albuquerque, NM office.
Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to work in a dynamic, MSP environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge in handling service requests at a Help Desk, and completing projects related to workstations, servers, printers, networks and/or vendor specific applications.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Handling inbound support calls, providing remote desktop support, configuring desktop PCs, and working with clients to resolve everyday IT support issues. Experience in a Managed Services (MSP) environment a plus.

Expertise Required:
3 years applicable experience.Bachelors degree in related field preferred.Exceptional technical and interpersonal skills.Customer service orientation.Ability to work in a fast-moving environment supporting small to mid-sized business clients.Ability to work independently to resolve network, server, desktop and application admin issues.Ability to assist small business clients with applications, connectivity, training and problem solving.Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lift and move equipment weighing as much as 50 lbs.Current Drivers License and good driving record
