Conducts moderate to complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst or immediate supervisor . Key responsibilities include medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Applies standardized tools and techniques. 3 to 5 years related experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job OverviewThe Insurance Operations Analyst will support the workflow process with regard to Palms Insurance Company Limited insurance and Palms Specialty Insurance Company, including reinsurance business underwriting, claims, and accounting. This role will ensure accurate Bordereaux data submitted on time, ingestion into the system and correspondence with internal (underwriting support, claims administration, and finance and accounting data, analysis, and reports) as well as external partners.
Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage incoming Bordereaux from program managersReview and ensure Bordereaux submitted have accurate template formatComplete review of validation errors from Bordereaux ingestion, follow up with individual program managers for correctionEnsure and maintain accurate data within the LOC, written and affiliate Bordereaux trackersManage the LOC processManage OFAC check processDevelop and maintain relationships with key partners both internal and externalExceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasksPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 3+ years
