We are looking formotivated, qualified, detail oriented & experienced with wood assembly andfabrication to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Assemblefurniture and pre-cut wood inside vehiclesInstalland finish wood with formica, paint, and fabric.Removeoriginal vehicle panels and then be able to reassemble them.Runcables throughout a vehicle.Fabricatewood panels.Otherduties as assigned by supervisor.
Whatyou need for this Position:
Ableto follow verbal and written instructions.Extremelydetailed oriented, efficient, and organized.Abilityto be ready to start work by scheduled time.Abilityto work independently with limited supervision or in a team environment.Abilityto safely lift up to 50 pounds to chest level.Followall OSHA, EPA Safety Rules and Procedures.Mustrefer to MSDS when using any chemicals, substances and materials, understandingthe MSDS information, and abiding by MSDS required personal protectiveequipment.Havethe mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems on new equipment and/orrepair work on older equipment is a plus.Havea high standard of quality of work.Abilityto maintain an organized, neat, and safe work area.Computerknowledge and experience is a plus.Previousupfit on vehicles or marine vessels a big plus.Mayrequire some travel.
Requirededucation:
Highschool or equivalent
Requiredexperience:
2+years of experience in vehicle or similar types of fabrication and assembly.Havethe mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems on new equipment and/orrepair work on older equipment is a plus.
Requiredlicense or certification:
Driver'sLicenseMustbe a US Citizen due to government requirementsMustcomplete a full background check
