Typical Duties and Responsibilities :Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, domain controllers and workstationsOffice 365/Sharepoint/Exchange Online administrationSetup, maintain & troubleshoot virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network routers, switches and firewallsMinimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience managing/deploying Windows Server (2008-2022)Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTPS, SMB, CIFS, Routing. VPN, VLAN)2+ years of experience managing/deploying network devices2+ years of experience in VMware, Hyper-V365 Administration/SupportCloud experience in Azure/AWSRMM/PSA Experience (Datto RMM/Autotask)Skills Required:MSP experience is requiredAbility to prioritize tickets a MUSTSelf-motivatedGood communicationStrong prioritization/time management skillsProactive thinker and quick learnerStrong customer serviceAbility to travel to client sites as needed
