Position Requirements

Payroll and Benefits knowledge:

HRIS and Payroll experience in ADP WFN is required.Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.Managerial Experience:

At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.Credentials:

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.Bi-lingual proficiency:

Fluency in Spanish preferred.Strong Communicator:

Excellent verbal and written skills are essential to excel in this role.Interpersonal Savvy:

Navigate complex situations with finesse, resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships.Analytical Mindset:

Dive into data to inform strategic decisions and problem-solving.Master of Time Management:

A solid understanding of employment laws and regulations is a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
