As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be joining a highly selective team with educational backgrounds from Stanford, Princeton, MIT, and more, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, consulting and engineering, in addition to start-up and marketing experience.
The Performance Marketer in the Digital Marketing team will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through innovative social media, digital marketing, and SEO strategies. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, the Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.
Please note that this role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition across various digital platforms (including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC).
Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Manage and optimize website content for SEO, in addition to overseeing paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new growth opportunities.
Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies.
Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with digital marketing automation and CRM tools preferred
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics tools preferred (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.
