They will work with the Nurse Practitioner and provide feedback to staff and clients. They should be efficient and well-spoken with the ability to create relationships with a diverse population.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following:Schedule Medical Appointments with the Nurse Practitioner(s)Review/Maintain Medical RecordsReview all client encounters (all completed appointments need documentation)Clean up any unnecessary/opened notesMaintain Medication Refill TrackingMaintain Medication History TrackingMaintain Medical SOPsOrder Medical and office supplies: Create and maintain inventory for:Medical SuppliesOffice SuppliesWork with executives to set goals and objectivesReview weekly/monthly expenses within the budget limit provided by FinanceProvide informative material for patients.Work with Legal to ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standardsAssist with Employee TB TestingQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Medical and Clinical terminology, regulations, and medical office procedures; knowledge of Clinical coding is strongly desiredProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Positive Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent analytical and time-management skillsOrganizational and multitasking skillsValid Driver's LicenseCPR/First AID/Defibrillator requiredSUD Experience preferred1-2 years' experience in the field preferred.Negative TB test results within past yearAbility to pass pre-employment and random drug screeningsHeavy frequency of computer keyboardingHeavy frequency of viewing a computer monitorRequirements:Able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 poundsMust be able to bend, stoop and kneelMust be able to see, hear, and speak clearlyMay be required to work weekends or holidaysWork LocationOn site; remote positions not available
