24 hour callwith hospital rounding in house for 8 hoursHospital SettingProcedures include but are not limited toColonoscopy, Biopsy, Polypectomy, Proctoscopy /Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Upper Endoscopy, Esophageal Variceal Banding, Hemorrhoidal Banding, Banding Lesions, and Dilation.Credentialing Timeframe: 60 to 90 days
