CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted) Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility Strong patient assessment skills Ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated clinical competency Five Star RNs are expected to carry out the following tasks: Accurately record medical histories. Take and record vital signs, collect samples for lab testing. Administer medications and perform approved procedures and care. Monitor patient condition and compose patient charts.
