Responsibilities:
Contact Home Health Aides and Nurses to retrieve missing notes and request corrections to charting.Use medical management software, PDF editing software, spreadsheets, email, and other basic Microsoft applicationsProcess and review medical and caregiver notes for accuracyKeep payroll deadlines and make sure all contractors are accurately paid, in collaboration with the billing specialistTroubleshoot problems in a timely mannerQualifications:
Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applicationsAccuracy in work tasksExcellent reading, writing, & verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phoneSharp memory with strong analytical abilityInterest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their familiesMust have great interpersonal skills and be a team playerMust be able to handle repetitive tasks and sitting at a computer for long periods of timeBenefits:
