Work alongside biologists and medicinal/computational chemists while leading your team of AI/ML engineers developing groundbreaking technology platforms that apply AI/ML concepts to drug discovery.Mentor, coach, and guide the professional and technical development of the engineering team; giving regular 1:1 feedback with engineering team members.Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in the code, architecture, processes, and ways of working.You architect and scale world-class machine learning infrastructure
Scale AI/ML infrastructure on AWS.Design, develop, and deploy tools for ML automation at scale.You build innovative machine learning & AI models
Act as both an Individual Contributor (IC), who can roll up their sleeves, and play an important role in our mission to use AI/ML to develop drugs, as well as a leader who can build and grow the engineering team over time.Determine the feasibility of projects through quick prototyping with respect to performance, quality, time, and cost.Create data streams and pipelines to source the necessary data for ML modeling.You are passionate about drug discovery & development
Exposure to Biology and Chemistry at the Graduate/Undergraduate level is a plus.You will be successful if you have...
