The Warranty Administrator is responsible for partnering with assigned dealerships to process claims quickly and efficiently using our technology, ensuring compliance with warranty submittals, and building lasting relationships with our employees and customers.ResponsibilitiesBe familiar with all policies and procedures pertaining to assigned OEM(s)Review labor operations and pay technicians accordinglyPrepare, submit, code, and track repair ordersEnsure accuracy and make corrections to errorsReconcile warranty tickets and ensure proper documentation as required by the manufacturerMaintain training and certification(s)Post and make adjustments to the general ledgerPerform other relevant duties as assignedCommissionWe offer commission payments to employees of $500 for introducing any new automotive dealership or dealership group account that becomes and remains a customer of Company for at least 90 days. Additionally, Company will make commission payments to employees of $1,500 for introducing any new Warranty Administrator who becomes and remains an employee of WarrCloud for at least 90 days.RequirementsWhat You Need for this Position3+ years of

automotive

warranty administration experience, preferably with high-volume dealerships or with a warranty processing companyAbility to work independently from home, need to be comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
