M&A/PE Associate – Chicago

Annual salary: $260,000 – $390,000. We are looking to speak with IL-barred mergers & acquisitions and private equity Associates to join our client’s well regarded and busy corporate practice group in Chicago. You will join a team of veteran M&A attorneys who represent both public companies and private equity clients on a wide range of strategic M&A transactions, investments, and other corporate matters, both in the U.S. and internationally. This is an opportunity to advise clients on M&A and other private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, of all sizes and degrees of complexity, and represent a diverse base of clients, both large and middle market (and public and private alike).
