Senior Robotic Process Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Robotic Process Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools and technologies. You will be expected to provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop automation solutions using RPA tools and technologiesIdentify automation opportunities and provide solutions to optimize existing processesCollaborate with business teams to understand requirements and develop automation solutions that meet their needsProvide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineersConduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followedDevelop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with automation solutionsDocument and maintain technical documentation for automation solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing automation solutions using RPA tools and technologies or other business process engineering tools or languages.Strong experience in working with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power AutomateExperience in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similarStrong understanding of process automation principles and best practicesAbility to lead a team of junior engineers and provide technical guidanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred qualifications:Experience working in an Agile development environment using SCRUM, Kanban, or similar agile development tools and frameworksRPA certification from UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue PrismExperience in implementing automation solutions for finance, accounting, or supply chain processes.Experience providing automation solutions to Federal, State or local government agencies
