What does the ROLE entail?

·

Responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties including checking and correcting the hotel’s guest ledger, enduring cash, check or credit card payments have been collected and preforming basic front desk duties

·

Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations

·

This position handles the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions

·

Fast-paced environment that requires moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing

·

Highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

·

Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries and upselling hotel rooms
