About the Role:
We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer specializing in Automation and Testing for existing applications. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will lead the charge in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your role will involve enhancing our testing processes, automating tasks, and spearheading efforts to maintain and improve the overall user experience.

Lead the development and maintenance of manual and automated tests for product functionalityReview design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software productCreate, oversee, and ensure the execution of detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test casesConduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelinesCollaborate closely with engineers and product management, taking an active leadership role in the development processEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities across the teamConduct continuous research on best quality testing tools and methodologiesIdentifies, logs, and recreates error, bugs, and defectsMinimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field5 - 7 years of professional experience working as a software QAStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes3 years of experience with database testingExperience with at least one framework tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured), 3 years (preferred)Proficiency of at least one coding languageExperience in creating detailed and well-structured test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communicationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailHealthcare care domain knowledge (eligibility, claims, utilization management, HIPAA requirements)You're a great fit for this role if you:

This is a US remote based positionThe total compensation target pay range for this role is between $110,000 - $135,000. This salary expectation represents our national target range for this role
