Marathon TS is hiring a Business Analyst to support our client in the Washington DC area. This is a 100% remote role, and the best candidate will be a clearable US citizen and have the following skills:
Analyze new features and enhancements, help think through its processes, implementation, and integration with external systems. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution to translate to user stories and ensure thorough testing. Become a Subject Matter Expert on team products.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:• 1+ years of experience as a business, requirements, or system analyst• 1+ years of experience on a software or technology implementation project• 1+ years of experience with Functional Testing and Integration Testing• 1+ years of experience with Agile software development principles• Bachelor's Degree in a complementary discipline• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance• Experience working in fast-paced collaborative environments• Strong written and oral presentation skills
Preferred:• 1+ year experience in research and analysis- Experience using JIRA and Confluence• Willingness to learn, and ability to look ahead/plan around future milestonesSkill Software Implementations-1+years Business Requirements Analysis-1+years Agile Software Development Lifecycle-1+years Functional Testing-1+years
