What this job involves:

The Systems Support Analyst is part of the Systems and Security team, responsible for providing end-user support, configuring client portals and SharePoint sites, managing system access, and resolving basic technical and business-related problems. Desired skills include systems administration, experience with Microsoft 365 applications, work management tools, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and maintaining relationships with clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:Provide timely resolution to end-user support requests and adhere to defined service levels and escalation policies.Collaborate in initiatives to improve services and processes.Customize client portals and SharePoint sites according to business requirements.Administer system access control.Configure data collection forms, lists, surveys, and trackers.Acquire functional and technical knowledge of applications to address technical and business-related issues through feedback, training, and other growth opportunities.Engage in project and system implementations.Utilize the work management system effectively to track and document service requests and project tasks.Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.Communicate challenges and successes to team members in a clear and efficient manner.Required Skills and Experience:

Associate degree and/or 2 years of relevant experience.Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Possesses robust technical skills and adapts quickly to learn new applications and technology.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Proficient in Systems Administration and/or group-based Access Management, utilizing tools such as JLL Application "Technology Access Tool (TAT)" or similar.Experienced in working with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Lists, Teams, Planner, PowerApps, and/or Power Automate.Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar work management tools.Prior experience as a member of a technical or business support team.Experience with data collection, processing, reporting, and/or analysis.**Open to and will consider any geographical location in contiguous 48 states if

the right candidate.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

51,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
