IT Test Lead - P2D - Erlanger, KYThis is a full-time, exempt level position.

ADM is implementing 1ADM program which is a global business and technology transformation initiative with SAP S/4 HANA as the core ERP solution plus other key solutions integrated with it.

The role of the IT Test Lead is accountable for providing Testing services focusing on the 1ADM program and other projects leveraging testing services. A successful candidate will provide Testing Services expertise related to all types of applications. This role will not only provide Testing expertise but will also be required to provide guidance and training to other Test analysts/testers in the team. This position is located in Erlanger, KY.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Manager(s) and/or Solution Manager(s) to understand and document the testing requirementsDaily coordination and follow up with Partner's onshore and offshore team members on their assigned tasksCalculate high level testing resource estimate based on project size, complexity and durationAnalyze testability of project requirementsComplete test strategy

Run the kickoff meetingsAttend project meetings and add valueMonitor and report on schedule adherenceMonitor and report on test case creationMonitor and report on test environment creationMonitor and report on test data creationMonitor and report on test case executionMonitor completion of Business sign offMake adjustments to the Resource Plan as requiredSchedule and run or monitor the defect meetingTimely reporting of project status to project ManagementAssess quality and test process maturity level and assist in defining strategy to implement best practices.Monitor Communications are as per the planReport any concerns on testing preparation, quality, or timelines to Test and Project ManagementComplete post project defect analysis for possible improvementsResolve issues with Solution Managers and Project ManagersResolve issues with the testing teamResolve issues with Testability of Requirements, User Stories, or other documentationResponsible for creative solution to testing challenges while still assuring proper testingWork with IT and/or Business Leads to find Resources needed to successfully complete testingWork on Negotiations of Partner agreementsDefine guidelines for testability of requirements or other documentationLead review sessions of best practices for testing and implement resultsWork with Business Leaders on moving forward testing initiativesResponsible for designing test communication plansJob Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.Must Have 3-5 years SAP P2D experience , preferably - IWD . Will consider QM /3PL .3 years of experience as a Test Lead or similar software testing position.Experience with creating cross platform manual and automated test plans and test casesAbility to lead multiple projects simultaneouslyA self-motivated team player with good communication skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problemsManagement skills (ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, maintain issues list, and execute to Test plan).A passion for software product qualityExperience with QA processes, test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating testsDemonstrates the ability to translate technical information into terminology understood at all levels of users, both verbally and in writing.Consistently creating a positive work environment by being team-oriented.Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times.Preferred:

Experience with testing of all phases on minimum 2 SAP projects with at least one in the Test Lead capacity.3 years of test experience on working with Agile methodologyTest experience in SAP S/4 Hana environmentExperience with DevOps and Continuous testingTechnical understanding of cloud applications, web services, server-side components and APIsExperience with software development methodologies/processes such as (but not limited to): Waterfall, Agile/Scrum and Shift-Left-approach to make testing more efficient and can adjust to a hybrid form of methodologyExperience on mobility testing and exposure to cloud mobile solutionsExcited about this role but don't meet every requirement listed?
