We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced Senior Product Owner to join our End-to-End (E2E) Product Management Customer Experience team responsible for developing new products and optimizing existing capabilities throughout the customer journey. Working in an Agile environment, in collaboration with a cross-functional team, this person will be responsible for defining and executing the Product roadmap for our digital customer experience offerings and ensuring the Backlog is properly prioritized, defined and executed for the team.

Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Product Manager and business stakeholders to define and prioritize the team's feature backlogWorks closely with the Product Marketing Manager to understand the Insulet customer journey and product launch strategies that will impact business processes across the customer journeyDevelops process flows to illustrate the impact on operations because of the new or improved capabilitiesDefines features with acceptance criteria, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and success metricsWorks closely with technical architects to obtain high-level work estimation (t-shirt size) and solution designs for release planningMaintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the features for the teamProvides input into release timelines and investigates alternate paths forward on potential timing optionsDrives scope tradeoff evaluations on feature implementationDefines Program Increment objectives as part of the SAFe Agile planning methodologyParticipates in usability studies to bring voice of the customer on a feature to the teamSupports the Product Manager with business case development (both cost and value) for new opportunities and product improvementsPartners with Solution Leads to ensure design and development consistency across all work within the teamsSupports software/vendor selection processes when necessaryServes as 1st escalation point for Product Owners of delivery teams (questions on feature refinement, solution options, and/or in sprint tradeoffsMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to Product Owner role.Knowledgeable of IT systems development strongly preferredFamiliarity with Web and CRM platforms strongly preferredDemonstrates strong communication skills with audiences with various levels of technical background.Experience in digital customer experience/success is preferredDemonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environmentStrong problem-solving skills for complex business challenges.Passion to continuously improve processes and practices.Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Experience in the Medical Device industry is a plusFamiliarity with Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe)Able to work independently with minimum supervisionProactive at communicating with various stakeholders in the organizationDetail oriented, with effective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated abilities to leverage creativity in order to overcome obstacles and work with a sense of urgencyAble to organize and judge multiple prioritiesPhysical Requirements:

US travel as needed (at least once per quarter)

Additional Information:The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,400.00 - $164,450.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
