Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruiting administration; including posting positions to various job sites, screening candidates, drug testing & background check administration, vendor management, new hire orientation and onboarding.Compensation Administration; including updating and maintaining job descriptions and salary ranges.Training administration; including keeping records by employee of required training and training completed.Compliance administration; including ensuring locations have all required legal posters, developing various procedures to help facilitate compliance in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, leaves of absence, etc.HR Systems administration; including updating and maintaining PABCO HR SharePoint site, producing various regular reports, system testing, timekeeping.Research, policy and process development for various projects or functions.May assist in coordinating special events which may include Annual Benefit Meetings, Christmas events, company picnics, retirement parties, Adopt-a-Family, health screenings, etc.Wellness administration; including company-wide challenges, events and research as needed.Coordinates and prepares a variety of human resource paperwork required for employee status changes, including hiring, termination, promotions, leaves of absence, pay and/or position changes.Prepares and maintains a variety of routine to moderately complex reports for management.May conduct recruiting interviews, conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews.Assists employees with routine to moderately complex questions regarding health benefits, retirement benefits, health club enrollment, etc.Responsible for coordinating Annual Open Enrollment meetings and ensuring related paperwork is completed in a timely manner.Maintains required Federal and State poster.Maintains current knowledge of employment laws, regulations.Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.All other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned.Compensation:

Dependent on experience: $23.72 - $27.00 per hour.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

Education/Experience:

College degree (GED); andThree (3) or more years related experience and/or training; orEquivalent combination of education and experience.PHR Certification preferredCommunication Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, co-workers and vendors.Benefits:
