We are currently seeking a SCCM Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for the health of the production SCCM infrastructureDocument deployment processes to enable knowledge transfer among the teamCreate SCCM Management Reports using native methods Software Packaging Software Packaging for complex applicationsDevelopment of configuration baselines Development of scripts Deployments of software updates, applications, scripts and baselines Familiarity with 3rd Party Packaging tools e.g.,Flexera, Admin Studio Scripting WQL and SQL queriesCreation of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reportsTroubleshooting client issues on workstations and serversSecurity permissions SCCM Current Branch upgrades Scripting skills (VBScript, PowerShell,Batch, etc.)Operating System Deployment (OSD) OSD & Application deployment through SCCM Creating Task Sequences Distribution Points (DP) and troubleshooting failures Patch Management and DistributionInstall, administer, and monitor WSUS & SCCM(2102/CB/2016) environment in Dev/QA/UAT/DMZ/Production EnvironmentsDevelop and maintain installation and configuration procedures Contribute and maintain system standards, policies, and proceduresMaintains system performance for production SCCM (2102/CB/2016) by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting system hardware, software, operating system, and other SCCM application issuesEnsure correct installation, configuration, use, and maintenance of SCCM (2012/CB/2016) Infrastructure Remediation of servers that failed updatesCreate reports required by the client from SCCM Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks where possibleCreate and Maintain Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train staff as necessaryHandle Critical issues on Windows Server during & after installation of the MS patchesApply patches to DMZ/Production servers and systems through SCCM 2012 Patch Management and good experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)Help the Project Manager and Manager of Infrastructure Support to produce and distribute communication to end users / App Owners (when appropriate) regarding changes to their computersAzure General familiarity with Azure for the Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)In Depth knowledge and troubleshooting ability ((break/fix) with the interaction, connections and links of the CMG with SCCM Active Directory (AD)Familiar with permissions, structure, troubleshooting, and PowerShellAbility to troubleshoot AD issues Ability to create and manage Security Groups and OUs in AD that we manageAdobe Sync Familiarity with the Adobe Console, and Both Azure AD and Adobe Console functions have enterprise applicationsNetworking and firewall Functional knowledge and troubleshooting of boundaries and communication issues in SCCM Vulnerability analysis and remediationMust be able to decipher Nessus scan resultsNecessary to either prove that we are patching an existing vulnerability, or to come up with a solution for resolving a new oneServer and Desktop Admin Skills Must manage all SCCM Servers at the OS levelSoftware installation and troubleshooting on servers and workstationsWorking Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Group Policy Server Ops manages the implementation of Group Policy, however, are frequently reliant on Windows Engineering for what needs to be implementedAbility to Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to configuration baselines to deploy via SCCM to systems on the internetAbility interactively and harmoniously with other teams (Server Ops, Sec Ops, IA, Networking,Change Management, Communications) to resolve issues or get necessary work though the correct processStrategy & Planning Create and maintain system configuration, and trouble shooting documentation as neededReview all policies and procedures and ensure they are being adhered to proactively troubleshoot and test application performance for potential bottlenecks and identify areas for continual improvementBasic Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience maintaining the full scope of SCCM infrastructure including but not limited to:

SCCM Primary Site ServerSCCM DatabaseAll servers (primary site server, management points, 80+ distribution points)Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)Infrastructure ServersSecurity OperationsVirtual Device Infrastructure (VDI)Active Directory

Minimum 8 years of experience with Office 365 suiteMinimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud experienceMinimum 8 years of experience in upgradation of SSCM to the latest versionsMinimum 8 years of experience with Service NowMinimum 4 years of experience in the assessment of Monthly MS patches for Server OS (i.e.,2012/2016/2019 etc.) to avoid any known issuesMinimum 4 years of experience in handling Critical issues on Windows Server during & after installation of the MS PatchesMinimum 3 years of experience supporting various Microsoft Windows Operating SystemsMinimum 3 years of experience in Imaging Solution and Patch ManagementMinimum 2 years of experience architecting and supporting Microsoft MECM/SCCM applicationMinimum 2 years of experience support Microsoft Active Directory and Group PolicyMust work some Saturdays to implement Microsoft UpdatesAbility to acquire a Secret ClearanceAbility to occasionally travel to Washington D.C. to the client's officeBS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technologyEducation Equivalency: H.S. Diploma + 4 years additional experience = Associate's Degree; Associate's Degree + 4 years additional experience = Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

In depth knowledge of client functionality necessary to troubleshoot problems in USAID's complex environmentExperience with PowerShell scripting is strongly desiredMust have very good communication skills.Knowledge of networking configurations, installation, and maintenanceSCCM, ITIL and Microsoft Technologies Certifications are a plus

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $81,675 - $189,062. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
