We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator to join our team. As a SCCM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Windows infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include system administration, application packaging and deployment, patch management, and ensuring the overall health of our SCCM environment.

This is an onsite position in our Baltimore, MD office location.

Responsibilities:

Configure, Optimize, and Troubleshoot : Dive into SCCM, fine-tuning performance and ensuring seamless operations.Application Packaging : Package and deploy a diverse range of applications. Creating deployment rules, and ensuring successful software distributionWindows Expertise : Be able to troubleshoot and support Windows 10 and 11 workstations, software and SCCM related issues.Security:

Collaborate with our security and networking teams to implement, maintain, and remediate computer and network security issues.Documentation:

Provide clear documentation to ensure continuity, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.GPO Management : Review, recommend, and maintain Group Policy Objects.Intune Innovator : Administer Microsoft Intune for iOS devices and Windows computers.Desktop Virtualization:

Installing and configuring software in a virtual desktop environment (VDI)PowerShell Scripter:

Demonstrated ability to script in the Windows environment using PowerShell.Mentor:

Being a mentor and assisting help desk technicians fosters knowledge sharing and improves overall support qualityRequirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related required2 to 3 years’ experience providing mid to high level tiered support.Administrative and package creation and experience with SCCM 2+ years.Prefer four-year degree relating to Computer Information Systems and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Prior relevant certifications with additional years of experience will be considered in leu a degree.Experience with Intune, JAMF, Patch My PC, Liquidware, VMware Horizon considered a plusSecurity+, Net+ and Microsoft or related certificates a plusExtensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems with at least Windows 11 exposure or experienceMust be able to lift 40 lbsApplicant must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.US Citizenship RequiredBenefits:
