Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM's I.T. Support Technician II you will deliver excellent customer service to our retail store-level and home office staff and mentor I.T. Support Technician I staff while providing technical support for all hardware, software and applications problems.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Assist: Support staff with installation, move, configuration and ongoing usability of POS/Desktop/Telephone devices, peripheral equipment, software and applicationsExamine: Determine why equipment is not working by analyzing the situation and performing repairsPrevent: Provide preventive maintenance as necessary for appropriate hardware and update service tickets with steps performedCommunicate :
Share status of open issues with Manager, Solution Center and staffTest: Move and install equipment within a mutually agreed upon time and assess to ensue it's fully operationalYour work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.
