The Role
Ceribell is looking for a NetSuite Application Support Engineer to help us support our core ERP system, as well as peripheral financial systems. As a member of the Business Operations team, your focus is to deliver Post implementation support and solutions to the Internal NetSuite users while serving as an advocate for their needs. This involves resolving Daily non-technical inquiries via phone and other electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our NetSuite System. A primary point of contact for Business Users, you are responsible for facilitating Support and providing advice and assistance to internal partners on a diverse set of NetSuite specific situations and escalated issues.
What You'll Do:Responsible for resolving NetSuite issues or cases or concerns via phone, email, chat and zoom.Conduct research and testing to troubleshoot basic functionality- related issues.Escalate complex issues to correct team for further troubleshooting.Assist in design and system configuration within NetSuite, and other key financial and business systems.Keep Internal Business Stakeholders updated on their open Support cases based on service level targets.Create Knowledge Base articles on common functionality-related questions.Provide detailed investigation and analysis of incidents to determine the entire scope of the problem and establish sound business case justification and understanding of the incident reported.Maintain our critical business systems: coordinate system upgrade activity, respond to issues and incidents and provide day-to-day administration of NetSuite.Work with cross functional teams and operation departments to determine next steps in troubleshooting, Issue resolution and continuous learning.Support for key month end close processes.What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or other analytics-related fields.Minimum 3 years of NetSuite experienceMinimum 2 years of Technical Support role experience, ideally with NetSuiteStrong knowledge of ERP solutions specifically Netsuite and its related modulesStrong knowledge on Netsuite Workflows, Suite Scripts, Customizations, Reports and Saved SearchesExperience with system implementation life cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)Experience working with systems that manage sensitive data and with SOX controls and change management processes.Outstanding problem-solving skills.The ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate in both verbal and written forms.A committed, self-motivated, proactive, critical-thinking, methodical, pragmatic, yet creative team-oriented work style.A good understanding of key financial, supply chain and manufacturing business processes (Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash, SCM, and Manufacturing)Preference is for hybrid, 2x/week in the Sunnyvale, HQ.#LI-BD1
