Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to optimize the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. We are committed to evidence-based practices, excellent customer service, and employee quality of professional experience. We strive to be the preferred service provider and referral partner to our funding sources as well as the employer of choice for behavior analysts in search of a long-term professional home.Training: developing and conducting clinical training programs for the clinical team, train-the-trainer model allowing for further development of both clinical and staff management skillsParticipating in research projects and related professional presentations, paid attendance and research presentation at conferences, regular peer review with a BCBA-DSign-On Bonus: $5,000Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 - Full time, based upon experienceThis position may require the candidate be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with all vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources and pursuant to any guidelines from the California Department of Health.We love what we do, and we are seeking a BCBA who shares our passion for improving the lives of children and families affected by autism.~ At Intercare, we prioritize staff satisfaction!
