This position is eligible for a hybrid work. Travel to the site is required, therefore, you must be within a drivable distance(up to 45 min) from the facility. If you live in Greenwood In or south of it, the drive time can work. If you live in Louisville, Ky or North of Louisville, the travel works. N to South on I-65 is a fast travel route. Bloomington, Bedford , Columbus, IN are all commutable within 45 min .

Bachelor's degree in a computer related field.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONPreferred:
Microsoft, VMware, Cisco networking, EMC storage or similar industry certifications.
EXPERIENCEMinimum: 4 + years working experience in information technology or related field .Preferred:
5+ years working experience in information technology or related field. Prior experience managing complex IT infrastructure in a highly available, 24x7x365 environment. Healthcare experience.
SUMMARYSystems Administrator is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, performance tuning, and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems. Systems administrator maintains and ensures security, availability, and performance of computers, servers, storage and applications in a multi-site Windows environment. Needs to be passionate about technology and know how to best meet end user and business needs. Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for Microsoft Servers, VMware, Horizon, Microsoft 365, Cloud services, etc. This position also recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications. Performs a broad range of complex computer systems administration duties including:
Provides technical support for workstation, server and network hardware, software and peripheral equipment
Upgrade existing hardware and software
Correct reported hardware and/or software problems
Perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility
Staff 60 beds
Cover multiple counties/over 500 million in annual revenue/not for profit
2064 discharges
SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
VMWare Virtual Server Environment
Microsoft – Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange, 365, Azure, SCCM, SharePoint
Storage – SAN/NAS/FC/ISCSI= PLUS
Compute – Cisco UCS, HCI, Cloud
Application Delivery – VMWare Horizon, Zero clients, SSO
Network – Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless= PLUS
24 x 7 on call availability every 6 weeks...very light....
Flexible to work overtime and after hours
Ability to work in fast paced environment and lead multiple projects under strict deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner throughout all levels of the organization
