Role Overview:

Manage small/medium/large size HRIS and Financial Systems projects through all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation, scoping and planning, execution and closeout. Projects will cover all areas of including Software Development, 3rd party/SaaS software implementation, and Process Improvements/ Automation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 3-4 years in IT or Finance/Accounting, with 2+ years' project management experienceStrong project management experience and skill set inclusive of the following areas: scope management, schedule development and management, risk management, issue management, change management, communication management, cost management and quality managementPMP Certification preferred/a plusUnderstanding and respecting data confidentiality in the workplacePrior Experience in managing large scale ERP implementation projects including Microsoft D365 and SuccessFactors highly preferredExperience with managing Microsoft DevOps a plusDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityProactive communicator and collaborator with external and internal stakeholdersProactive, good attention to detail, problem solverAbility to mult-task and execute simultaneously on multiple high priority projectsSmartsheet experience preferred/a plusPreferred (Not Required)

Knowledge working with Agile SCRUM teams, Kanban or Lean project management methodologiesExperience working on the entire SDLCKnowledge of systems architecture on-premise and cloud projectsMedia Agency experienceResponsibilities

Project Management:

Execute all project work and initiatives based on PMO Governance Model. Fully accountable for all project documentation and deliverables in Project Portfolio Management Tool (Project Toolkit)Project Execution/Delivery: Manage all project work and related activities on a daily basis. Responsible for execution and final delivery of the project. Accountable for ensuring deadlines are met and roadblocks are identified and mitigatedWill need to be able to manage several HRIS and Financial Systems projects concurrentlyManage Project Scope/Status: Develop and manage project schedules (plans), resources, deliverables, issues, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle with input from all stakeholdersProject Communications: Keep management and key stakeholders well informed on a timely basis. Issue weekly Status Reports and Project Dashboard to Stakeholders. Conduct weekly/bi-weekly status meetingsRisk Management: Communicate and socialize pending project risks within and across the project team(s). Manage risk classification workflow related to specific project. Escalate risks as required to appropriate level of management. Lead project risk mitigation effortsProject Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team throughout the life cycle of the projectProject Closeout/Final Acceptance: Acquire final acceptance of the project (from the sponsor/business lead), ensuring project meets scope and success criteria. Lead Lessons Learned processClient Service:

Work directly with other FHRIS, IT team members and business teams within OMG and other Omnicom agencies to ensure overall business objectives are met in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner possibleAbility to manage expectationsResource Management:

Organize cross-functional teams for scheduled meetingsAbility to provide guidance on the appropriate use of resources during the project lifecycleResponsible to ensure that the project team adheres to timeline and risk classification delivery workflowSupervise project teams executing multiple projects/tasksWork effectively with minimal supervision to agreed guidelines and proceduresCommunication:

Ability to communicate with executive management regarding the status of current project initiatives;Communicate with PMO Director regarding project health, status, and risks; socialize successes and challenges for transparencyResponsible to report any exceptions to Security Policy and Systems Standards to management and correct any exceptions deemed unacceptable by management

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $125,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
