Human Resource Assistant
job in
Auburn, Maine
is responsible for administering personnel records, initiating personnel changes and salary adjustments, Input data for injuiries, assisting with FMLA and STED, as well as routine hiring activities, such as contacting candidates to sched interviews. You'll have a solid understanding of Filing, updating records, answering phones, updating ads, and greeting workers who come into the office. This is a full-time position.
Human Resource Assistant Qualifications:
High School Graduate or EquivalentPrior relevant experience in an administrative or customer service environment is desiredProficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to multitask, must have good problem solving skills and time management.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHuman Resource Assistant Details:
