Position Profile :

As the Solutions Architect, you'll lead a critical role in crafting and delivering innovative, scalable solutions that tackle intricate business challenges head-on. Collaborating closely with product management, marketing, billing, software development, front-end, back-end, and full-stack web developers, you'll serve as the key technical bridge. Your focus will be on ensuring that our technical solutions precisely meet business requirements, establishing a solid alignment between the two.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, billing, software development, front-end, back-end, and full-stack web developers, to deeply understand business goals and technical requirements.Design end-to-end solutions that encompass architecture, systems integration, and application development, taking into consideration scalability, security, performance, and user experience.Develop comprehensive solution architectures, outlining system components, data flows, interfaces, APIs, and integrations.Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance, efficiency, and innovation.Lead in-depth discussions and workshops to drive consensus on intricate technical approaches and decisions among diverse stakeholders.Conduct meticulous architecture reviews and deliver recommendations for optimizing existing systems and applications.Collaborate closely with product management to translate complex business requirements into meticulous technical specifications and design solutions that align seamlessly with the product roadmap.Assist in meticulous project planning, precise resource allocation, and accurate estimation to ensure the flawless execution of projects.Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices to continuously elevate the company's technical prowess.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering intricate, scalable software solutions.Deep expertise in web development, encompassing front-end, back-end, and full-stack technologies.Mastery of system architecture, including microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Exceptional communication skills, enabling the clear articulation of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong grounding in software development methodologies, agile practices, and DevOps principles.The ability to meticulously balance business needs, technical feasibility, and long-term strategic objectives.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the aptitude to devise creative solutions for intricate technical challenges.Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and guidance within cross-functional teams.Familiarity with marketing, billing, and product management processes is a plus.Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent, are highly advantageous.Able to travel as needed.This remote position is open to any qualified candidate who resides within the Breezeline footprint:
