Job Summary
USA Scientific sells laboratory supplies that help our customers focus on getting down to science. Our customers are located throughout the US, International and work on meaningful projects such as finding cures for diseases. We seek a hard-working, motivated individual to join our international customer service/AR team.
As an international customer service specialist/accounts receivable, you will be crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will often be our customers' follow-up point of contact with issues, including purchase order/invoice questions, billing, and account balance inquiries. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping customers and has a natural problem-solving ability.

Provide customer service to all international customers.Process orders, research and rectify any issues of international business.Providing price quotations as needed, invoices and pricing to distributors and direct sales customers.Works with supervisor, other various departments including accounting as a team and information source for timely replies to inquiries.Manage international accounting records. Track account balances, send outstanding reports to customers. Contact delinquent international customers for payment of outstanding invoices.Skills
Excellent phone and office etiquette regarding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with computer functions with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)Be able to follow written and oral instructions.Has the ability to work independently with minimum supervisionMust possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
