Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures.

What you'll do:

Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriersPerform administrative duties, take memos, maintain files, maintain calendars, and organize documents. as neededAssist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentationsTake notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage filesRun general industry related errandsManage databases and input information, data, and recordsResearch and gather documentation on company position in the industrySet up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms, update company calendarsAttend company functions and networking eventsShadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasksAbout you:

Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college in Junior or Senior year (At least 18 years of age)Your degree should be business related (ie., Business Admin., Mgmt., etc.).Availability to work a hybrid schedule 40 hours/week throughout summer break.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-directed and able to work without supervisionEnergetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideasThe above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
