$26-28; based on experienceJob Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.Responsibilities:- Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDA to manage inventory, track shipments, and process orders.- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.- Handle email correspondence related to supply chain activities, including communicating with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.- Generate and distribute weekly reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and transportation costs.- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to optimize supply chain processes and mitigate risks.- Assist in resolving any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise, such as inventory shortages or delivery delays.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions, purchase orders, and shipping documents.Requirements:- Previous experience using an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDA is required.- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and managing inbound/outbound shipments.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to run and interpret weekly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.Please Note: This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be available to work during regular business hours and willing to commit to a temporary-to-permanent transition.

Pay Details:

$26.00 to $28.00 per hour
