Position Overview:

Zayo is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Scrum methodologies to lead complex projects across our development teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage projects end-to-end while also functioning effectively as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the integration of agile practices within project management frameworks. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the demands of developing high-quality technological solutions within defined schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery against project objectives and timelines.Agile Facilitation: Serve as a Scrum Master when necessary, organizing and leading scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between project teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across all parties.Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies across projects, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and impacts.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure optimal productivity and project success.Agile Integration: Promote the adoption of Agile practices within traditional project management frameworks, enhancing team responsiveness and flexibility in meeting project demands.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an Agile environment.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a disciplined approach to project management.Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a demonstrated track record in strategic project planning and execution.Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and influencing others across all levels of an organization.Base pay range:

$112,000 - 125,000, commensurate with experience.
