CBIZ ARC Consulting, LLC ("CBIZ ARC"), a division of CBIZ, is currently hiring for a NetSuite Manager within the System, Process & People (NetSuite Consulting) group. CBIZ ARC assists high growth companies complex technical accounting and accounting system architecture and system implementation. Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Professional and Technical Responsibilities:
Lead / manage a full cycle implementation using a combination of SuiteSuccess and other methodologiesCreate and translate business processes and data flows into business requirementsManage staff on engagement deliverables; complete technical and strategic to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure on time delivery and on budgetAnalyze process / data gaps and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and system implementation and optimizationPerform mapping and migration of historical dataPerform process review and optimizationServe as client facing representative of the CBIZ ARC SPP groupPreferred Qualifications:
6 to 8 years of overall work experience5 to 7 years of general ERP experience (i.e. QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.)Experienced in managing SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder, Suitelet, Portlet, Advanced HTML / PDF Layout, saved searches and custom reportingExperience with managing implementation and integration NetSuite modules (i.e. Fixed Assets, ARM, OneWorld, etc.) as well as other plug and play systems (i.e. Bill.com, Concur, Expensify, etc.)Experience with requirements gathering and documentation / business processes revamp and optimization / systems configuration / change and issues managementKnowledge of systems functional design as well as technical design and architectureKnowledge of report customization, systems configuration, data augmentation / migrationKnowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and integrations (i.e. API, REST, SOAP)Knowledge of the software and SaaS industryStrong analytical, business problem solving and solution design skills3 to 5 years of RevPro experience1 to 2 years of financial and technical accounting experienceProject management experienceNetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certifiedNetSuite ERP certifiedMinimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required6 years of experience in related field3 years of supervisory experienceMust have and preserve required licensesAbility to manage all aspects of client engagementsDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyProficient use of applicable technologyMust be able to travel based on client and business needs
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $120,000- $185,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
