WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team!

The Senior Implementation Specialist position ensures all onboarding tasks are completed and quality controlled for a successful go live per contract agreement or SOW. The Senior Implementation Specialist acts as a project champion and SME to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation stage of the customers experience.

Select Responsibilities Include:Assess Dealer Information and/or CIFs to assess monthly workflow and task assignment in Salesforce or Monday.Act as the single point of contact and SME for our external customer (Dealer) and internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Management) for all items relating to Dealership’s implementation and onboarding process.Ensure requests for data orders are communicated to the appropriate team or specific team member.Communicate, collaborate with Implementation Coordinator regarding outstanding data feeds and task assignment or completion.Proactively assess risks and delays, collaborate with teams and Dealer Support management to ensure onboarding cut-offs and deadlines are met.Monitor and track all Dealer onboarding tasks for your specific program or dealer assignments.Assist other Onboarding Coordinators as time allows and/or to cover absences or PTO.Communicate onboarding status update or at risk dealers with Management, Sales partners, Success partnersPerform quality check to ensure Salesforce Asset has from dates, correct packages in package manager and contracted campaigns are visible in DEP.Inform all project stakeholders (Sales, Success, Program Services) of any data gaps or deficiencies at go live or prior to dealer hand-off to Success partners.Proactively communicate onboarding risks, concerns or escalations to Dealer Support Director and Dealer Support SupervisorProvide subject matter expertise to internal teams, external dealer partners and external vendors regarding processes and systems for onboarding.Answers incoming phone calls, forwards or transfers calls, attends to or responds to voicemail messages.Initiate process and function optimization with internal teams.Lead, host, participate in both internal and external meetings.Demonstrate the values of Outsell in everyday interactions.Perform other duties as required.WHO WE WANT

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree; andTwo (2)+ years of experience Technical Client Service or Similar; orA combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform key responsibilities.Technical/Functional Competencies and Traits:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesCoordination and Organization skillsInternal and external customer facing communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be proactive and work autonomouslyAbility to troubleshoot and apply problem solving skillsProcess orientation and strong attention to detailHighly motivated to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented cultureAbility to care for others, show empathy, and work collaboratively across functionsComputer skills, specifically in Monday.com, Salesforce, Package Manager, GSD Ticketing System, MS Office Suite, internal communications through Slack and Outlook, as well as external vendor portals (CRM, DMS, Inventory).Ability to implement SLAs and respond to questions from internal and external resources as an SMETRAVEL/LOCATION
