summary Remedy is now hiring an Inventory Control Supervisorat one of the leading manufacturing companies of secure electronic payment terminals and point of sales systems in South Jacksonville! Shift: M-F 9 am - 6 pm Pay Rate: $24-26 per hour The Inventory Control Supervisor directs the Inventory Control team and is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts, adjustments to inventory levels, review of daily shorts, expiration reports, damages, inventory rotation and quality issues. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities with logistics and production personnel. Follow daily cycle counts as requested by upper management. Record inventory data on a computer. Receive count and verify incoming orders. Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags. Process damaged or defective stock. Report malfunctioning or damaged stock-handling equipment to management. Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts. Ensures product and inventory are located into designated areas. Maintaining inventory integrity through attention to detail and regularly performed audits. Transferring units from Warehouse Inventory to the Repair Department and back as needed. Maintaining high levels of ethical standards to protect customer data and property.
