Join JUICE as a PPC Search Specialist to work with a variety of fun brands and tech startups! You'll be responsible for building strategy, building ads, and the performance of various paid search ad accounts while sharing your insights and recommendations with your colleagues. You'll work closely with a Client Success Manager to agree on a plan that drives performance for your clients, helping them grow and thrive. JUICE focuses on building scalable, efficient campaigns that drive results.What you'll do:Oversee the set-up, management, optimization, and analysis of client's Google, Bing, and other PPC campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Prepare and deliver performance reports to clients, identifying key insights, successes, and opportunities for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as Google and Bing account representatives to make strategic adjustments to campaigns.Research, implement, and optimize paid search efforts, including PPC search and shopping, GDN, LinkedIn, other networks like Reddit/Quora, and more.Design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users (leads).Prepare weekly reports and call notes that you'll present on Zoom calls with clients and clearly explain the strategy, reporting, and next steps.Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance.Report on core metrics of every campaign with the ability to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.Conduct keyword and competitor research for both existing and prospective clients.Build marketing strategies to acquire customers utilizing landing pages, various online platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress), etc.Develop client marketing frameworks by creating new ideas, testing, and optimizing their marketing activities.Collaborate with team members to design funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users.Display your strong understanding of performance digital marketing metrics for clients with the ability to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement and justify campaign decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.Apply an understanding of cross-channel concepts.Be an exemplary model of JUICE values!What you'll need to succeed:4+ years of SEM experience in the consumer space advertising experience, building high-converting ad copy and campaign strategies to drive quantifiable results.4+ years of agency experienceStrong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.Proven track record of successful SEM strategy and implementationComprehensive understanding of keyword researchProficient with SEM reporting and analytical toolsCertification in Google AdWords (or be able to successfully pass)Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.Proficiency in delegating and following up on tasks to close the loopProven ability to build relationships with clients and communicate effectivelyExpertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to be proactive.Ability to think critically.A passion for growing businesses.What you'll find here:Competitive salary based on experience level.Awesome, energetic work environment.Annual offsite.Lunch & Learns.Matching 401k plan.Health benefits.Unlimited PTOFully Remote Work.Department Marketing Locations New York City, Miami, Remote Remote status Fully Remote Employment type Full-time Seniority Level Mid-Senior Level
