To excel in the role of Customer Account Specialist at Got Bugs?, you must possess a diverse skill set that sets you up for success. Your ability to manage high call volumes with ease, thanks to 2-4 years of experience, will be put to the test daily. Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you'll be the voice of our company in interactions with clients. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting, your strong computer proficiency will shine as you navigate our systems effortlessly. A desire to listen and connect with customers is key, as well as the ability to problem solve and take on new challenges independently.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
