Job Summary:

As the HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing a range of crucial responsibilities encompassing both payroll and employee onboarding. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth and accuracy of payroll entries before processing. You'll also spearhead the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through different stages of the new hire process. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in payroll systems, and a knack for building strong relationships with employees. You'll be a central figure in our HR department, supporting our team's efforts to cultivate a positive, efficient, and productive work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Monitor and audit payroll entries to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Enter data information into appropriate databases and spreadsheets.Manage employee files and sensitive data.Create and manage multiple spreadsheets.Conducts employee onboarding.Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Assists with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance for all locations.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.SHRM-CP a plus.Dayforce experience is preferred.Physical Requirements:
