HRC’s current working model consists of 4 days in-office and 1 day remote. This position is located within our Troy, Michigan office.

Responsibilities:

In the role of the HR Administrator, you will be working in a collaborative teaming environment serving as a support to our employees in an administrative capacity. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. The HR Administrator would be working alongside our HR team and reporting to and working under the direction of the HR Director.

This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. This position also requires a high standard of professionalism and an engaging personality as the HR Administrator will serve as a point of contact for management and employees regarding human resources inquiries.

Assist the HR Director with open enrollment, and additional benefits administration processing.Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and staff members on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.Administer and track FMLA, Personal Leave of Absences, and all other leave notices and requests in a timely basis in accordance with federal and state laws.Ensure all employee records are maintained with updated documentation regarding new hire information or changes in employment, etc.May conduct quarterly or yearly file audits, as requested by HR Director.Assist HR Director with performance review process in HRIS.Counsel and coach management and employees on performance and employee- relations related matters.Proactively respond to and assist managers in resolving conflicts occurring with their staff members.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Other projects as assigned by HR DirectorRequired Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field or have 5+ years of applicable HR experience.Being flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.High level of efficiency and attention to detail crucial.Well-organized with a strong ability to manage priorities for deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to take the initiative.Strong verbal and written communication.Strong active listening skills.Comfortable giving feedback and receiving constructive feedback.Flexibility to work overtime as needed, comfortable with working occasional evenings and weekends.Working independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple tasks.Ability to use one’s judgement with discretion to confidential information held with utmost respect, and integrity.Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions.Experience working under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Excellent computer skills, and knowledge of HRIS systems.Receptive, positive attitude, high energy level, and sense of humor are essential.Friendly, approachable, and works well with others.Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner are required.Software:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) required.Proficient in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu.Experience with UKG (UltiPro) software strongly.Familiar with Deltek Vision (Preferred).HRC offers flexible work hours, a team and family-oriented work environment and excellent benefits, including:
