KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.Perform routine maintenance around the building.Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.Work on low-voltage electrical issuesPerform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.Other duties as assigned.
KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIESHigh school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.1-2 years of related experience in packing machines/production machines with specific experience inUnderstanding of general maintenance procedures and techniquesCompliance and understanding of safety rules and regulations by participating in annual training.Must be flexible to work weekends and other shifts as needed.Self-motivated and able to work well independently and in a team setting.
