Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to solve high priority problems and drive key decisions around strategy and executionDeliver ad hoc analyses that answer key questions and further strategic initiativesDevelop and implement experiments that maximize learning in a short period of timeBuild and scale our processes and tools to drive rapid scaling while continuously improving efficiency and speed of executionLearn what it takes to build a world-changing startup, both by osmosis and through constant interaction with the Operations teamAnd much more!Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in strategy, program management, and/or operational executionBachelor's degree or equivalentProven ability to understand and operate within complex systemsProven ability to communicate abstract information to different audiencesStrong analytical skills. Proficient in spreadsheets and a quick study in data managementPreferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience at a high-growth startupDegree in data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields, and/or a background in consulting, investment banking, or related fieldSome exposure to R, Python, and/or SQL and a willingness to keep learningThe base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations.
